Made without hydrogenated fats, artificial flavors, food dyes, or food preservatives. Fresh, light, without any glaze. And this is the exact reason why, enjoying a selection of the different flavors, you won’t sense one taste overcoming another: they all blend together in a natural manner, enhancing each singular aroma.
Young Victoria, who proudly shares a past as a pastry chef in her resumé, loves recreating certain types of sweets and desserts in her ice cream, and therefore presents new flavors that are imagined and created as if they were mini desserts.
The influences she has received during her travels abroad, united together with her experience working with a japanese pastry chef, have encouraged her to experiment, with excellent results, different types of teas: if you ask her for an advice for the perfect combination, she’ll probably suggest joining an Earl Grey with a chocolate sorbet. Her choices are always refined and elegant, just like her style: a refinement and delicacy that transfuse into her flavors, even the most particular ones, that Victoria recommends. Just like her….basil flavor!
