Bianca is a culinary and artistic project born in 2007 from the fusion of contemporary cuisine with a beautiful and detailed research for decor.
The venue is styled in a total white look, with carefully selected fruits and vegetables set on display in decorative vases placed on the tables, soft lighting, and various unique pieces of art and decor which come from private collections hung on the walls (splendid art pieces signed by Mimmo Rotella add a touch of color to the restaurant).
There’s also an enchanting veranda which is always open, heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. The venue is the perfect location for special moments, business lunches and dinners, elegant yet simple soirées, all for a selected range of customers.
Fabio explains that Bianca’s cuisine style is contemporary, and based mainly on fish recipes - a revisited mediterranean style, shall we say - which emphasize different flavors with character and good taste: a clear menu that doesn’t try to impress with too many word jumbles, but which has a rich selection of raw and cooked foods that, together with an excellent champagne and wine list, will certainly enthrall your taste buds.
