You’ve already heard about L’Osterì’s beating heart center (chef Luca Carleo together with his business partners Mario, Francesco and Clotilde), and here you will discover that they do not limit their attention only towards their food: in fact, each Thursday night is dedicated to transporting clients into the retrò atmosphere of jazz music, with live bands that perform to make your dinner experience even more delightful.
Chef Luca Carleo, a lover of recipies from the ‘900s, tries to transfer his culinary knowledge to his customers through his creations, to indicate how to enjoy his revisited traditional recipies: for example, here you will never find Parmesan cheese onto your saffron rice.
This is an innovative cuisine, that doesn’t exclude the convivial mood typical of any tavern, and this venues also offers a choice of great quality home made wine, which is naturally named L’Osterì. And as a bonus, you won’t find the annoying “serves min. 2 persons” condition under any menu choice!
