All of Pulaster’s chickens come from the Amadori company: a true quality guarantee! The chicken is carefully cut, marinated, processed and attended to, to emphasize a dish that is commonly served in every type of kitchen, from rural tables to king’s banquets. Naturally, the restaurant’s masterpiece is the spit-roasted chicken, combined with potatoes or a simple and light vegetable mix, seasoned with a healthy dressing. However, you can also order wraps, salads, or meatballs with various delicious dressings and sauces made by Vania.
Pulaster was born almost as a street food venue, in a room that opens directly onto the pavement of Via Lambro: the walls are made of bricks, there are wooden planks and decorated tiles in view, together with colored seats neatly set by different models of small tables - all these elements combined create an atmosphere that will certainly make you feel at home.
In fact, Massimo and Venia rely greatly on their take away menu options, and they deliver their chicken masterpieces in delightfully decorated cardboard packages right at your home, to enjoy laying down on your couch while watching TV! Pulaster opens at half past noon, for lunch hour, then closes for a break during the afternoon and then opens again at 7pm until well into the evening hours, with the idea of substituting happy hour with a later dinner option: a good old glass of wine, a tasty piece of grilled chicken, and a chat amongst friends to happily end your day.
